Requesting: Forum Rules image

Nature of the Creation: Forum rules image - when posting a new topic/reply, there are the rules and a little image next to it. I would like an image that I can use on my forum.
Size (In Pixels): 50x50
With or Without Animation: Without Animation
Main Colors: Black, red, gold, white, silver (a combination, all or one/two of these)
Pictures & Links: Parchment themed, perhaps, but no specific images you have to use.
Text to Insert : 'Forum Rules' or something along those lines if you wish to add text, if not then no text.
Font (Provide Download Link): Any font, MUST be readable if you are using text.
Font Color: Readable against whichever background you choose.
Link to My Forumotion Forum: Vampite
Extra Comments: Be creative and try to fit it in with the rest of the site as much as possible.

Why don't you look at icon resources sites liek: iconfinder, iconarchive, findicons etc? There is so many icons for something you want.

I would like something simple made for me and you are suggesting I go elsewhere? But this is a requesting graphics forum, right? For requesting graphics.
