GALLERY INQUIRY

Hello, these are my questions regarding the gallery:

1) How can I disallow members from posting at our forum's gallery but allow it for my staffs? 2) How can I see what photos my members posted? Is there a page showing a summary of that?
3) How can I see the comments on the photos w/out opening them one by one?
4) If I purchase a 50mb storage w/c is valid for a month then I haven't used it all yet until the next month, should I buy another 50mb for month 2? So what will happen to my photos if I'll not spend credits again for the next month (will they be erased or unaccessible for my members?
