Peculiar Text Color Inquiry Empty Peculiar Text Color Inquiry

I can't find the correct text in the admin CP to change. I tried to change all of the fonts as well as the backgrounds to make the text more legible and was unsuccessful. Help is appreciated, many thanks.

Admin Panel // User & Groups // Profile // Click Modify // change color // Save
