change background around forum sections

Can someone advise how we change these white areas / edges on our forum (as in pic)
so the corners are rounded like the purple and pink colored corners so we can loose the squareness

You can get image link and to change via Photoshop or something like this. You can get the image link from Administration Panel => Display => Picures and colors => Pics management => Advanced Mode => General / explore:
Round left corners
Round right corners
Round left corners on colored background
Round right corners on colored background

But you can just remove corners via CSS code:
