Forum Buttons?

Can you please be so kind and create some blue and black buttons for the forum. I will appreciated I would like them for these categories

Calendar
Gallery
FAQ
Search
Memberlist
Usergroups
Profile
You Have no Messages and finally...
Log in / log out

You think some of you could create these buttons? Can you make them to macth with the categories? PLease!! Im changing my forum's appearance.

Sorry, to bother you again, but I forgot the button register can you do me one just like those? Sorry for the dilema. They are really nice the problem is that im having trouble uploading just the buttons I can't get rid of the Idex and all those words. Can you help me?

to remove the words index , etc ..
just go to admin panel > styles > pictures and colors > Headers
and check yes infront of "Display only images in the link bar"
