permissions guest close categories to get lost.
my to want -permissions guest close - categories to see

You mean you want to show the categories and topics but not be able to read the topic in them? For that you need to go to admin panel=>Forum=>Permissions=>Forum permissions control. Click on a topic you would like and check the "View the forum" box for guests without any of the other options.
