Donate paypal

I want to add in the forum icon paypal to make their donation in the user How to do this;

Hi, to activate PayPal donations, please go to:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Misc Tab
3. Donations (on the left, under Credits management)
4. Fill in the fields as required

Display the link to the donation page on page footer yes /no
this is yes my panel ..to my home page in the forum don't says there somewhere paypal..
