Uploading pictures

Please help me ! Some of my users cannot upload pictures on forum, even if all the users have the same permissions. I cannot understand what is this

What happens when they upload images and how are they doing it?

The message come out "Could not upload file : exceeded user allowed storage. (Free space : 0)"
I just bought storage today

Yes, I put all the available space for attachments

Attachments? Don't you want gallery?

Should I let some space for gallery? I cannot understand why some users can upload a picture,and another one no...
I change the settings, half attachments, half gallery

If users are uploading images in forums, you don't really need storage for images unless users are uploading images via the attachment feature.

They try to upload a pictures and the error message is
" "Could not upload file : exceeded user allowed storage. (Free space : 0)"

That should be fixed since you configured the storage.

Try to increase storage space for gallery to allow your members to upload pictures...
