Changing times on our forums

I needed to change the time in the forum. I went to general configuration and changed on system timezone and nothing has happened?

hi skorpy, does it make any difference if you do it through your profile at all?

That would only mean it would change for me.
If this is the case...then I will just have to put a notice up for everyone to change it themselves in their profiles.

I for some reason assumed that changing it in Admin Panel would automatically change all the members too.

i think it should change it in the admin panel, but i am not certain
