Moving/Removing Text

I made a forum but i'm having problems with the text, (i don't know how to screenshot so i'll just give the link) i'm making it for a school mac support group, so it's really important that i get this done. What i want is, to have the text next to the buttons up top removed, and the text for the Forums and stuff moved over more to the middle. Is this possible?

• Pictures and Colors
  
• Headers
  
• "Display only images in the link bar" "Yes"
  

Ok thanks, but the text in the catgories are still overlapping with the pictures.

Try to change theme and then get it back again.

Nope all that did was remove everything i'd added and when i put it back it didn't help. and i know it's possible because i used the theme from a site my friend used.

im guessing there isn't a way to do that then?
