Glitching

I was looking at stuff in the admin panel the other day, and I think I might've changed something I shouldn't have by mistake, because now the toolbar at the top is missing and the background is out of place.

Anyone know how to fix this? And if you know the skin name, that'd help to, because I have no idea what it is.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found the skin name. It's called 'Waves of Stars'. I reinstalled it but it's still glitching.

If you see the place changing it's because other members were trying to fix it.

We tried putting in other themes, and they seem to fix it, however when we set it back to the original theme then it would start glitching again, and it's never done this before. So we don't know what to do. It might've been a problem with the original skin. Though I don't know why it'd start acting up now...

what is your navigation settings at.
It could be you do not have any images for the navbar and it's set to display images only?

Go to admin panel>display>Headers & Navigation

Make sure Display only images in the navbar is set to no.

Seems like it is back now? I have the images appearing for me,
Not sure if that is custum or came with the skin but seems to be fine now on my end.
