Adds on my forum! Empty Adds on my forum!

Hi guys!
I have a problem with adds! I am owner of one forumotion forum and comoderator on two others forumotion forums. All the forums are active for about a 6 months, and until days ago I had no adds on it! But they suddenly appeared, without I would change anything!! I have already checked on "Administration panel" how it is with "Allow banner adds" - I have chosen NO, but they still are!

It is pretty anoying... scratch

What is wrong?
