Activation mail!!

Bro i have now new prob when any user register in my forum .forum doesnt send any activation mail on that user mail account .if the user cant activate his account how can he login to my forum ? plz help me with it.thanks

Admin Panel > User & Group > Inactive User >(You will see the list , select and ) Active.
To Make User Active Their account:

Admin Panel > User & Group > User Setting > New accounts activation > User

yeah, i know that manual way, but i wanna know why my forum stop sending user account activation mail on their email account. because i just can't active all new users everytime whole day long, it has to be automatic. i know my forum is experienceing a problem or maybe i'm not sure about that problem. my forum did send some account activation mail. but suddenly it has stopped sending. i don't konw what to do, please help me about it. looking forward to the solution and reply. thanks
