Solved Where do I put these moderating buttons?

Hi, I found some mod buttons that I really like, but I can't find where I'm supposed to put them xP
I looked everywhere in the pics and management bar, but I don't see a place for mod buttons

I know it's probably an idiot question, but I seriously can't find it
