Reset reputation points

I want to have something like a monthly popularity count,
is there a way I can reset everybody's reputation points back to 0 at the end of the month?

Nopes, there is no such way to reset it at 0 every month

And does forumotion allow mods to be installed?

The only way is to donate negative points at the end of the month for each user & get the points to 0. But, this is not a practical way.

There is no way to install mods, however its been suggested.
