is there a way i can reset points or give someone points?

Yes there is a way to give someone points, but there isn't a way to reset points except by deducting them manually. To give a member points, you go to:

1) Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2) Modules Tab
3) Points donation (on the left, under Points and reputation)
4) Find a username : (Member's username), then search for that member
5) Under the 'New value', enter the new value of the member's points

To deduct points, just enter a lower value of the member's points. So if someone's points were +30, you would enter +25 to lower it to 25.
