"Who is Online?" fault.
In the Portal's "Who is Online?" module is the option to "View the whole list."
Sometimes this will show someone as "viewing the forum index" when we know they have not been there for ages. We know this because we have tested it.
Another anomaly is that when someone is in their private messages, they appear as offline.
Why is this and is there a remedy? (especially for the first).

When you view the "Who is online?" list note that bellow it says this "This data is based on users active over the past five minutes"

I know. That's why we did a 10 minute test and it showed me as being somewhere I wasn't for that 10 minutes.
