I think that you are asking is that thread prefix are available to forumotion forums. Sorry but i think its not possible for that feature but you can suggest it in the suggestion section ...

The thread prefix is a feature on a forum that when you post a thread there is a choice. And i think those feature are available to MyBB and vBulletin Forums...
