i'm banned from my forum

hi everybody,

i have a problem with my forum, i was cleaning it and i wanted ban the IP adress of a visitor who disturb me.

When i selected the ip adress corresponding to the visitor i want delete.

The forum tolds me, "I" was banned from my forum so I did maybe a wrong manipulation

so please i need help to gain an access to my forum!

so it happened to me too on my former forum
the quest keeps asying my forum sucks and a**

soon i was became inactive and didnt log in..

my advice is to make another forum and contact one of your admins to go to your 2nd forum..

since i already maDE ANOTHER FORUM,,,AND still progressing or under construction

It's possible to unban yourself with the founder's utilities : https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils

You use these IDs to log in.

Username : Creation e-mail address OR Forum address
Password : The one used to create your board

then you use the "Reset the banishment" tool.
