cant change a Pictures from skins , icons and mini icons

whats with the http//illweb.com/fa

when im going to change it it appears like a smiley button...
i want to have my forum cooler icons...but its the same..how i can change?

that is the default settings icons of the forum.

as you can see, it is used url feed... that means you have to host your icons and get its direct url and paste it on the icon you are goin' to modify.

it think its ok for now
