I Need Rank Medales In User Profile

so any one help me how can i add this rank only selected user Profile blackeye

If you want to make it for all members you can go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Ranks=>Rank administration. Then press on the "add new rank" button. Add all then required info(Set as Special = No, Minimum posts = after a member posts that minimum post number he/she will automatically get promoted to the rank you made)
