Utilities Doesn't Work

Hi,

I wanted to restore some stuff by using the utilities. When I click on the button to send the query it redirects me back to the log-in page of the utilities. How can I fix this?

are you loging in?

remember you have to use the email and password you used when you created the forum as well..

Yes, I can log in. However when I choose my backup type and send the query it does nothing and logs me out and sends me back to the log in screen of the utilities.

Ok so it's not saying wrong pass or nothing just redirecting to the utilities log in page,
I think i remember seeing a few people with this issue in the past, I will have to send this off to leeloo. She may pm you or ask you to send her some additional information.

I'm sure Leeloo will be dropping into this thread sometime tomorrow.
Just for troubleshooting, when you login, can you see an option called 'direct connection to the admin panel'
Ifso, can you input your data and login, are you redirected to your admin panel, or logged out again?

Also, have you cleared the cache & cookies of your browser as they may be outdated?
If not, please clear them and try the entire procedure again

I'm having this exact same problem, along with a friend of mine. The only thing that works is the 'Direct Connection to Admin Panel', the rest of them simply log you out and continue this loop.

Just to make sure that it's not reading corrupted data

From there, Leeloo will, I think, look after your issue

It doesn't do anything Darren. It's happening with everyone as far as I can tell. It's on Forumotion's end.

A day or two later I was able to back-up what I wanted to. I haven't tried it anymore after that for I have no need to back-up at the moment so I'm not sure if I'm still experiencing this difficulty. Perhaps it was something temporarily?

I think this was just a temporary shut down on the utility feature, is the problem solved now?
