No posibility to create polls

Hello,

I've just installed the latest version of PHPBB with a free theme, Modestus.
It works perfect, but I don't have the posibility to create polls. This options is not visible in the create new topic page.
I've tried even the default theme, Prosilver, but same result.
It looks not as a permission problem, becaust these options is not available even when i'm logged in as administrator.

Any suggestion?

Well, I've searched a lot before posting this question. I've also installed Subsilver2 theme with the default iconset, but i don't have that option. Please, take a look overt the image attached.

Your forum is not a Forumotion forum, I see that the admin panel is shown as 'Administration Control Panel' while here on Forumotion, forums have a control panel that is shown as 'Administration Panel'.
