Hy everyone!

Since I'm teh new one here, I would like to ask you for help
At the moment I'm making a new web page, portal of one association, and would like it to contain forum also.
Let's say that domain is http://western.com
is it possible to create forum here, but the address of it to be http://western.com/forum or http://forum.western.com

Domain for the portal is already bought.
