Help with posting data chart? o.x

Post by Alec on April 14th 2012, 12:41 am

I'm looking to post a data chart onto my forum, but I'm not sure how I can do so. It's just a simple Excel chart, I'll take a screen shot and post it~

As you can see, nothing special.
I don't know how to use Excel, maybe that would help. I don't even know how I can get a total number of each column, I am adding manually and posting on the side, lol. ><

I'm hoping for a way to at least post this info on a forum without having to screenshot/edit/upload/post everyday. If there is another easier way anyone thinks I could do this, I would very much appreciate any help. I would like some kind of chart, but I haven't the slightest clue how to get/use one.

I'm not sure what category something like this would fall under, so I chose 'other' in case anyone was wondering!

Thank you for any help! ^_^

<3 haven't used excel in years, just fiddle around with it, there should be some tool which selects a column in which you can add up

If I give you the answer here will someone answer my question too?

To summarize a column in excel, click in the space below the column (where you'd want the total to appear) and then click on the greek letter 'sigma' - looks a bit like a capital E. Its on your graphic above the "I" column. That will summarize a column.

so this is a excel question?
Google or even youtube it. Youtube is video Google these days.. lol

Other then that what data are you putting up, other then the rss feed or stats of your forum i dont particularly know of a way to present something like this in a chart that would auto update.

Can you explain more, i do not completely understand what it is you want to do with what data or why.. lol But if there is a way then we will do our best to help you with it.
