Help with logging into utilities

I am trying to log into
https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/
to restore my deleted forum.
I tried all day yesterday to log in but I had forgotten my password and so I eventually got this message: " The maximum number of 20 login attempts has been exceeded. You are not allowed to login for the next 360 minutes."

So 360 minutes is 5 hours. But it is still not letting me in and I still get the same message after now over 30 hours.

Can anyone help please?
