Help!Utilities

Will not allow me to pull up a whole backup.It just brings me back to my forum.I really need to get my topics back.I had the board for two years.I don't want to have to start all over.Thank you.

Also, the utilties now will not allow me to log in and I haven't even done it 20 times.I waited three hours and it still only lets me do it twice before it says I have to wait 30 minutes to log in.It says use the password when the forum was first created.I have chan ged it since.So which should I use because it will not take either one.

So you login and click restore forum and you pick a day when to restore? Then once you hit send it takes you to the forum?

Right but it won't take me there at all.It says I used my attempts to log in.I haven'tAlso in the portal it shows we have 1140 messages and 30 topics.All members still have their post count.If topics were really gone,it wouldn't say that would it?

can you possibly do a partial restore (ie just users or topics or skin)?

No it won't even let me do that.

Can you please try re-synchronizing your forum?

Try waiting and if you still can't get in with the information that you have you should click n my signature for lost password and get a new password.
