On my forum I IP banned this guy and he logs in by changing his IP...Any solution? He threatens to hack the forum ..? Is it possible?

Hi,

I'm sorry but there's nothing to stop him from changing his forum IP Address, there is infact nothing on the Internet currently possible to prevent someone from accessing a site, without ofcause knowing that person's MAC Address from their modem/router, which is very hard to find out - far beyond a PHD in computing science.
