Changing forum header color

I will use an example here so you can get what I am on about

Currently the header of this forum says "support forum" and the text color is white. So on my own forum how would,d I change this

Now how do I change that color? because currently I go in and go ACP--Display--Color---Forum title color. I change the color and nothing gets changed.

Any advice would help. Thanks.

Well this seems to be solved.

I have little to no idea on how, but some how as I went onto the forums the changes were made.
