well i think it's the CORRECT play because if you take a better look at the name of the category it's "Forum Design & Appearance Help" ....... so where should we get our help for the new forum's ?

Gaff, Since you want a banner request it belongs in the graphic request section. However it's currently locked while we complete requests that we're behind on. You can expect your request to be complete next week if it's posted in the right place.

It says "help" as in "help" with things like CSS, Forum appearance. Things that can be changed in the Admin panel. All to do with forum appearance. Also if you looked you would have seen the forum graphics request section.
