Scroll bar color

Hey guys need help with changing the scroll bar colors.

There is an option in the colors section but it is not working.

Ive tried placing an html still not working...

Anyone help?

Try looking at it on Internet Explorer, I don't think it works for firefox.

Yeah I tried that. I'm messing with the CSS right now and looking for faults through out the programming session. Though if nothing works it's fine. I use Google Chrome, Firefox, and IE9. Just for this purpose, see what is shown and not shown. Since I have you here do you know anything about changing the look of the Profile? I want to make it so when you click the profile button it pops open a secondary window _blank, and have a nice clean look with a bunch of other functions

No I sure don't, that sounds like it would involve using javascript as I've heard of people altering the profile pages using it. I'm not good with javascript so I can't help you there. Perhaps someone else can thou.

Yes I use all those browsers also for the same reasons you mentioned.
