I need help...someone hacked me and now they deleted my forum....he used my name and changed the email...to his...anyway someone can help me?

Hi, you can restore your forum by using our utilities: https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

You will need to use your founding information to enter the utilities. That is, the email and password you used when you created the forum.

I am one of the Administrators of that forum. I have recently posted that it has been hacked but I got a message that I am not the owner, know that is a rule here so I accepted. One of you helpers did a good job for me and calculated at what time the maintenance page will be down.
Stardust, the owner, today informed me that the hacker managed to change her founders and forum password of her account, and also he requested that the forum ownership to be transferred on an e-mail of his own about which the owner received a confirmation e-mail from Forumotion.org. We wish to know the exact e-mail address of the one requested this, I am sure you have it. We need to know who made this serious violation of her privacy. Any password, or email changes from anyone here come from the address: "forumotion.com".
Unfortunately, due to privacy reasons they cannot give out the details of another person(s) account. I don't mean it to sound like we don't trust you, but we are simply obligated by laws. Hands are tied.

Like Base said above, your colleague, the founder can log into the utilities as they run differently to the forum. I your forum account is compromised, then the utilities can be a source of logging into the admin panel. there's an option called "Direct connection"
If the password for here was also forgotten, one of my colleagues, Leeloo or Sanket are also able to reset the password for it.
