Members unable to post on boards
I have a member of my forum who cannot access the different boards of my forum. She got the 'suspicious activity' notification on her account, then she couldn't read or partake on the boards. She is a valued member so we have no idea what the 'suspicious activity' is. Eventually, she deleted her account and made a new accountl; but she has the same problem, she still cannot read or post properly.
Any ideas? We need her on our forum!
Many thanks.

She did that when she re-joined, but she still can't read or post, it always comes back with a message which says "you can return to the main menu"!

Re: Members unable to post on boards
Make sure your forum permissions are set to allow her.
If you have her in a group then be sure to check the permissions for the group as well.
Other then that ask her to get a screen shot of what is happening.. or ask her to change temporarily change her pass word to something else so you can log in her account to see what is happening and get a screen shot as well.
It sounds me like you do not have the forum permissions set right?

Re: Members unable to post on boards
I will double check, but I haven't changed any of the permissions in ages. She didn't have a problem until a few days ago and I know there haven't been any changes that I've made in that time.
Thanks for your help, I will have a look for her.

Just checked, there is nothing different about her account and permissions than any of the other members. I've not altered anything recently. Could it be something to do with her email address still having 'suspicious activity' on it?

Re: Members unable to post on boards
Hi! Could it be the same issue described here:
https://help.forumotion.com/t109976-stupid-spam-filter
I think you may have to contact one of the Forumotion admins and provide them with the affected member's information.

Hi,
You are saying that your member can't login and post on the forum even after have completed the form FM provided for suspicios account?
Can you:
1. Post your forum URL?
2. Link to that members profile that is not able to login.
