Unable to create widgets / HTML / Javascript pages/elements

Every time I try to make a Widget, it says the server is probably under maintenance.

Why wont it work? It just loads never endlessly.

I'm trying to create an HTML page with a rather large copied code and it just loads endlessly and doesn't make the page.

What is the code that you are adding?

The code has 350 Images in it, and it wouldn't even let me reply with the code.

I think it's Forumotion, as I've added the code to another website.
