Facebook Comment Box??

Hii Friends ,

It is nice to be on forumotion. Here are my queries....

1. Facebook Comment box (Most urgent)

I want to add facebook comment box on my forum. I have taken html codes from facebook but I am unable to understand where to put them. I want to to this because after it users will not have to register on my forum to just comment. My forum address:- sbcreation.forumotion.com. Below picture describe where I want to put comment box.



2. Hidable widget bar
I would also like to make my widget bar hidable like help.forumotion.com . It seems great.

2. co.cc subdomain
It do not relate to Forumotin but I hope you will help. I have domain on co.cc for same forum(sbcreations.co.cc). Now I want to create subdomain for this address like help.sbcreations.co.cc . It is possible since It shows while they advertise. But I do not know how.
