Comment Box

I was wondering if there is a way I can add a comment box sort of thing to my HTML pages?

cause i have an site update/news that i update every now and then, and i was wondering if there was a way to have a sort of comment thing on them?

sort of thing? where users log in, and they reply in a comment, and it appears in a list that you can view?
