Problem with name order of admins/mods in Chatbox

Hello! I have a odd question. Normally, on our site, all the admins/chatmods had their names above everyone else's in the chatbox. But recently, some of them have been appearing in alphabetical order below other members, despite their status. The older admin/mod accounts, however, still appear at the top, like so:



Here, Sollux is below the other names, whereas Hellboy (me) is still on top, despite Sollux's status as an admin just like the Hellboy account. Is there a way to make the names of the mods/admins appear on top again?

It depends on who are the chatbox moderators. Chatbox moderators appear on the top, rest all appear after that.
The @ symbol before the username symbolizes the chatbox moderator.

You can add a chatbox moderator.
Modules>Chatbox>Moderators
