about tricks n tips

in the forum tricks n tips there is a topic that explain how to install an IMAGE VERIFICATION,

now i have some question about that but i dont know where to ask them so if this is not the place please move this.

ok so i installed this thingy in my forum and i had some problems, first of all now i have 2 register buttons, when i am logged in there is allso one register button and i dont know how to remove it, another thing is that i cant change the text, i putted my own text in the generate code page but it just dont work, and one last thing, when they ask to click on the banana or anyother thing if i click on the truck it lets me to register anyways.

hi there the image verificaiton is my tutorial. It says in it that it will not stop human spammers from registering but it will stop spam bots.

Secondly, it tells you how to set your nav bar to buttons only and then you can set the old register button to hide so it doesnt appear anymore.

You cannot edit the code but you can have it on an HTML page where you can add text before. Then link the HTML page to your nely created register button.

If you read the tutorial carefully you should manage to get it sorted

First question...
you just missed a step
Admin Panel >> Styles >> Headers set display only images in the nav bar to: yes.
then
Go into Modify the Pictures and remove the code present for your first registration link, not the new one you created. Dont replace it just click save.

Second question...
I am not quite sure I understand your question. Which text. Text on what?

Third question...
It sounds like you made the same mistake I did when I did it the first time. hehehe In your re-direct link, you need it to be the link that takes you to the verification page, not the registration page. Just change your link and you should be all set.

yes but i want it to write insted of "click x to continue" (or something like that) ro write something in hebrew ( my language ).

is it possible?

If you look through the above code...see the word click? delete that and replace with hebrew words for 'click the' and then see the word 'the' after the = sign? change it to the hebrew words for 'to submit', then see if it works.

i did it right but still i have 2 register buttons..

you need to go into modify the pictures, and select the register button you dont need, then click hide, or remove the code and save. The nav bar must be set to images only, no text,
