well i need help. how i unlock a category and the forums in the category?

Bold and Color are reserved for moderation, like this, so please keep to the default font
You can unlock a category by going to admin panel=>Forum=>Management=>Categories and Forums and click on the category you want to unlock. Then look for this option "Forum status" and choose "Unlocked"
