Username in quotation box

Hello,

I just recently discovered how to add a cool little quotation mark to my quotes using CSS, and now i'd like to learn how to move the Username to within the quotation box itself. This very forum uses this. Quote me, and you'll see that it has the quotation mark with the "Username Wrote:" next to it, rather than above the quote box.

I'm using Phbb2.

EDIT: Also. I used the following code in JavaScript, and it DID work, but the username was pushed down a bit, rather than right next to the quotation mark.
