Have I been hacked?

I created my forum (with a friend) under the s/n "Test Admin" .... So Test Admin is our founder screen name, but she and I both use a different s/n to post under. Yesterday, as I was signed in under my s/n I also saw that the Test Admin name was also signed in. so I thought it was her. She warned me that it was not her who was signed in under that name. It has me concerned that maybe someone found out the password and signed in under our 'founder' name?
I need some advice about what to do or how to find out if we were actually hacked, or if there is another explanation. Thanks

I am using my phone at the moment, so it's hard to navigate around. I am on my way to work, so I will check out that link tomorrow morning. I clicked solved, because I didnt know if anything else could be done, other than changing the password. But yeah, I would like to know how to keep that from happening again... So I will look into the website you provided tomorrow...again thanks

Thanks, you can lock this One question first tho, Do you think it's possible that even though I was signed in under a different s/n, that it could have signed me in under the "founder" s/n automatically? I had signed in under that s/n of course, but it's been over a week ago, and I've only been using one browser. I have clicked on different links to my forum tho, that I've posted, but using the same browser. I'm just hoping that it was me... and it somehow signed me in under that name
