Need my forum to be reset.

I need my forum to be reset. It has errors that won't go away even with changing to default themes etc.

I made a thread about this earlier but it just got trashed. I'd just start a new site altogether but this one has credits and I'd lose money if I did that because credits apparently can't be transferred.

So I'm in a situation where I feel that I either need to have my site totally reset or I'll have to trash it along with my credits. What to do?

Admin Panel > General > Security > Automatic daily forum backup :

Yeah I think I'm going to have to scrap it.

The forum is so old that the login information I used to create the site is lost. For one I don't remember the info and for two I know that I deleted all of my old e-mail addresses like a year ago.

I feel so screwed out of that $50. Oh well I guess.
