Actually i want to remove the register button from the Navigation Bar. I don't want to stop registration as well because user can only register after he does a payment on our site through paypal where he is redirected to the hidden registration page. Please help if you guys can. Rolling Eyes

Users & groups>Users Options
Account Activation:Admin
Save.

This way only you can approve any members.
