Missing Preview - Send Buttons...

Good Morning,

One of our members tells me he can't post a message. I asked him to describe his problem and from what I can gather the bar with the Preview - Send buttons is missing on his screen. Everybody else has these buttons. The only thing we can determine is different is that he is on a Mac.

Any help ? I searched for this question is the help forums and saw a couple mentions of missing buttons but no answer that fits my situation.

I also have a member who uses a mac and has had a few problems..I suggested he try using a different browser, eg ..firefox. he did this and seems ok for now.

My guy has tried two other browsers and has the same problem.

No help from anyone ?

I had the member go to the public library and log onto his account on a PC. He tells me the buttons are there on a PC so it must be a Mac thing.

Any news on the missing buttons as yet ?

Seems like this one has just dropped off the edge of the world...

I think u could try to change the style or something. If it still doesnt work for him. THen there is nothing i kno that can help

I changed the style and the member got the buttons but they are now in French.

Did some playing and got the buttons back in English and still have the member aboard.
