Hello,
I have some problem with avatar of members and now I want to reset them. How can I do that?

Hello,

You need to do it manually on the admin panel:
Admin Panel > Users & Groups > Click the user > Avatar Control Panel (Mid-Bottom part) > Check the box for 'Delete Image' > Save
