Cant post in Forum promotion topic

How come i can Reply to messages but not post new topics?

You click on the reply button in the topic you want to reply to and you leave the "Subject" box empty. Is this what you mean, or what?

No in the Forum promotion Category i cant post new topics. Only Reply to posts.

I may not be right, but maybe If your not an admin, or mod the thread may be locked?

you can only post in the forum presentations thread in the forumotions section.

once your forum is approved it will be split from the post into the right category then you can post on it
