Change size of Reply Box

Can someone direct me where to go in my CSS to shrink down this reply box I'm typing in right now?

I wanna break it half, please!

hm... you can try to put this code in your custom CSS (do you mean quick-reply btw?):

Nope not the quick reply, thanks tho.

hm... have you tested it already? possibly it affects the normal reply-field as well...
