Chatbox archives

Hi i was wandering if the chatbox archives on our forums are available for all members to see or can they be set so that only staff memebers/admin team can see them.

I ask this so if there was ever any problems in the chatbox, we would be able to refer to it, also if i have a convo abou something with one member how can i be guarented that others will not see it.

everybody can watch for archives , but you can clear all archives by writing
/clear
