Domain e-mail question

I have just bought my domain and it mentions about setting up an e-mail account which I have done. I would like to add this e-mail address so that when I send out an mass e-mail, it has this instead of my founders e-mail. How do I go about doing this, changing it I mean? So in other words instead of my founding e-mail in all mass e-mails I have the one that I have just set up in it instead

You can tell the founder to switch his e-mail over to the one you provided

you can do this by changing your email in your profile via the admin panel, then when you send out mass emails it should give you the option to select your custom email or the ususal board@forumotion.com one.
