My Suggestions Empty My Suggestions

You can set what groups can view what forum or category.
Also You can set a password for a specific forum or category so if you want only admins to know a certian password.
Email/PM to specific people like to all admins.
And last email/PM to specific groups

it cannot be done you can have a password for a certain forum or category.
